    This section contains the list of fields processed by Acqueon Workspace that can be sent to a Salesforce field during a call. Map these fields under Administration > Workflows > Call log. You can map these these fields a Salesforce field in OpenCTI or Service Cloud Voice.

    Note

    The fields are case sensitive. You have to enter them exactly as they appear, else Salesforce will not process the fields.
