    1. Why does Acqueon have a Data Platform, and why do I need it?

Acqueon Data Cloud (ADC) is designed to address a widespread challenge: customer data is fragmented across CRM systems, contact centers, and Campaign tools. This makes it challenging for both agents and systems to gain a comprehensive view of the customer journey.

ADC unifies this scattered data into a real-time Customer 360 profile. That means agents have the context they need to handle conversations more confidently and effectively, while businesses gain the insights to target the right audience, personalize interactions, and improve campaign performance.

You need ADC  if you want to:

    • Improve Right Party Contact (RPC) rates

    • Equip agents with relevant customer context

    • Drive high-performing, personalized campaigns

    • Boost operational efficiency and business outcomes

By turning disconnected data into unified intelligence, ADC helps your agents perform better and your business grow faster.

    1. Who benefits the most from Data Cloud in a Contact Center?

Sales, Collections, and Customer Service teams benefit the most by leveraging unified customer insights. With Acqueon Data Cloud, they can improve Right Party Contact (RPC) rates and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

Here are a few key personas who gain the most value:

    • Sales – VP of Sales / Sales Operations Manager

    • Collections – VP of Collections / Collections Strategy Manager

    • Service – VP of Customer Experience / Contact Center Manager

    1. Is Acqueon Data Cloud dependent on any CCaaS platform?
No, Acqueon Data Cloud is CCaaS agnostic; it works independently of any specific contact center platform. However, it can integrate with CCaaS platforms to ingest inbound interaction data, enriching customer profiles and enabling more informed engagement strategies. In the current Limited Availability (LA) version, there is no integration with CCaaS platforms, but future releases will enable integration, starting with Five9 VCC.

    2. Is Acqueon Data Cloud a CRM replacement? If not, what’s the difference?

No, Acqueon Data Cloud is not a CRM replacement. It complements your CRM by aggregating and enriching customer data from multiple systems to enable powerful segmentation and activation. While a CRM focuses on managing customer interactions and relationships, Data Cloud creates a unified, actionable view of the customer, powering smarter campaigns and real-time decisions across channels.

    3. How is Acqueon Data Cloud currently being positioned in the field?

Acqueon Data Cloud is designed to unify customer data and drive smarter, compliant outreach. It is currently offered as part of a bundled solution with Acqueon Campaigns. This combination allows businesses to turn fragmented CRM data, such as from Salesforce or other platforms, into actionable, high-quality segments that power targeted campaigns.

To ensure this value is delivered end-to-end, the Sales Team is authorized to sell Acqueon Data Cloud only in bundled deals. Standalone sales are not supported at this time, although future expansions may introduce more flexible packaging.
