    Article summary

    The Performance Metrics feature is part of the Reports module of Campaign Manager. This provides a complete live overview of various aspects of the dialer and the agents. The data is live and refreshed at configurable regular intervals (default refresh interval is 10 seconds).

    The Performance Metrics page shows the live performance data in the following widgets:

    1. Agent Status Summary

    2. Call Status Summary

    3. Agent Status Detail

    4. Campaign Summary

    5. Campaign Group Summary

    6. Call Details
