      Personal Callback (PCB)

        Article summary

        The PCB widget lists the personal Callback details for the currently logged-in Agent for the given time range. By default, it displays all the PCB contacts for the current date.

        1. Click and select Date from and Date till from the displayed calendar.

        2. Click Search.

        Note:

        Start and End date display the customer time zone based on Campaign Manager configurations.
