        Phone Number Format

        Admin configurations determine the format of phone numbers displayed in the widgets. It can be in any of these formats - National, International, E164, or RFC3966.

        Here’s how phone numbers appear in each supported format:

        • E164 - +141555552671

        • INTERNATIONAL - +1 415 555 2671

        • NATIONAL - (415) 555-2671

        • RFC3966 - +1-415-555-2671

        The following widgets display the phone number in the assigned format:

        1. MCD

        2. PCB

        3. Customer Journey vertical and HUI

        4. Mode Info

        5. Skip Trace

        Time Zone

        Admin configurations determine the time zone of the widgets for agents. Starting from version 3.22.2501, the application displays the agent's browser time zone by default instead of UTC.

        The following widgets display the time zone based on the admin configurations:

        1. Personal Callback (PCB)

        2. Manual Dial

        3. Customer Journey
