Platform Dependencies

To implement the Acqueon dialer on Amazon Connect, the following AWS components must be set up in the customer’s AWS account. These components can be provisioned using Acqueon Terraform scripts. For detailed steps, see the Terraform script guide.

1. Secrets Manager: Securely stores and manages sensitive configuration data, such as credentials and tokens.

2. Lambda function: Hosts the custom logic required for dialer operations and integration workflows.

3. EventBridge: Supports event-driven communication between Acqueon and Amazon Connect by routing and managing event flows.

4. Cognito:

   • Manages user authentication and authorization using OAuth standards.

   • Enables secure access to APIs and services within the Acqueon platform.

   • This application is enabled in the Acqueon AWS account and acts as an identity service provider (ISP) for the customer’s identity provider (IDP), such as Microsoft Azure or Okta.
