        Make sure that the following are available:

        • Elastic IP to create Nat gateway.

        • Kinesis Streams - Customer Amazon Connect, CTR, and Video streams only for tethered deployment.

        • Amazon Connect Call Recording S3 bucket - S3 bucket that is used to store the Amazon Connect call recordings only for tethered deployment.

        Integrate Amazon Connect with Campaign Manager

        Perform the following steps:

        1. Create Lambda Stack

        2. Configure Amazon Chime

        3. Configure Amazon Connect
