        Ensure that the following details are available before you proceed further.

        1. Access to Avaya POM on their cloud environment.

        2. Skills created on Avaya POM.

        3. Agents created on Avaya POM and mapped to skills.

        Perform the following activities from the  Campaign Manager UI:

        1. Configure the Avaya POM dialer from the System Configuration > POM Settings menu option.

        2. Synchronize the Avaya POM entities after you configure the dialer as in step 1 above.

        3. Create Business Outcomes (defined as Completion Codes on Avaya POM) via the System Configuration > Business Outcome option.

        4. Campaign Group on Campaign Manager (these are Campaigns on Avaya POM).
