        Article summary

        The widgets can be placed within the Workspace layout along with the vertical or horizontal softphone. Below are the recommended resolutions against which the layout/widgets have been qualified:

        • 1920 x 1050

        • 1680 x 1050

        • 1280 x 1024

        • 1366 x 768

        Notes:

        • If you have users who use different resolutions and if they are at different ends (lowest/highest resolution), creating two different layouts in the appropriate resolution is recommended.

        • If the user changes the resolution of the desktop/laptop, it is recommended to refresh the screen for the layout to reflect the exact design.

        • Zoom in/Zoom out of the browser window is not recommended beyond + or - 20%.
