        To enable Acqueon Workspace to retrieve data from the Salesforce Connector, the following details are mandatory from the customer:

        • Username – The Salesforce username is used to connect to Salesforce using its SOAP API.

        • Password - The Salesforce password is used to connect to Salesforce using its SOAP API.

        • Token - The security token is used along with the Salesforce password to connect to Salesforce using its SOAP API.

        Note:

        The Salesforce username you provide must have the API-enabled permission turned on in cases it has been explicitly turned off.
