    A Salesforce object provides information about configured SF objects. These objects are configured in SF admin. SF admin allows you to decide name of the object that appears in softphone.

    1. Click SF Object tab to view its details that includes:

      1. WhoID in Salesforce refers to Contact name or a lead.

      2. WhatID in Salesforce refers to an Account ID or an Opportunity ID. The WhatId represents nonhuman objects such as accounts, opportunities, campaigns, cases, or custom objects. WhatId is equivalent to the ID of a related object.

    2. Enter comments as required.

    3. Click Submit. To change the configuration of SF tab, see Object Creation and Manual Log in SF Admin.

    Note:

    After the call is complete, if the page does not get refreshed automatically, you must manually refresh the object tab.
