        To configure Acqueon Workspace with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, the following details are required from the customer:

        Salesforce account with Admin privilege to perform the following operations:

        • Before you start the installation and configuration of Acqueon’s Salesforce unmanaged package, fulfill these prerequisites.

        • Install SCV Unmanaged Package: SCV Unmanaged Package. Follow the installation steps mentioned here.

        • Configure desktop/widgets in Salesforce. Refer to the section Configure the Widget URL in Acqueon Workspace for Salesforce Installation Guide.

        • Configure Utility Bar in Salesforce. Refer to the section Utility bar configurations Acqueon Workspace for Salesforce Installation Guide.
