Salesforce Classic and Lightning views provide two types of modes, namely the standard mode and the console modes.
The standard mode allows user to open a single record at a time. In this mode, Acqueon Workspace window is fixed, and user cannot move the window. This mode does not support the omni-channel feature.
The console mode allows user to open multiple records at a time; related records open in sub tabs under the original record. In console mode, Acqueon Workspace is available as a floating window. User can move, minimize, and maximize the Acqueon Workspace window based on the requirement.
