Service Configuration

To login to the Twilio Flex Console, enter the username and password.

To create an application, go to Messaging > Services to open the Messaging Services screen.

Click Create Messaging Services, the Messaging Service Setup screen appears.

1. Enter a friendly name for the messaging service in the Messaging Services friendly name text box.

2. Select the purpose of sending the message from Select what you want to use Messaging for dropdown list.

   

Enter the required details and click Create Messaging Service. The Add Senders section appears.

Click Add Senders and select Phone Number from Sender Type to the service and click Continue.

The phone number is added successfully.

Click Step 3: Set up integration.

The Integration screen appears.

Select a Send a webhook option from Incoming Messages.

Enter the Request URL as HttpSmsReceiverApi URL. You can also assign numbers to the message service with Active Numbers section.
