        When using the SOAP API for the first time, you must create a dedicated user in the VCC portal. This user account is used for authentication of all SOAP API requests. To add a user, see User Roles and Rights.

        Assign required roles and permissions

        • Give the user Administrator rights in the Roles tab to ensure access to configuration and integration services.

        • Go to VCC > Users > Permissions, and make sure the following permissions are assigned:

          • Domain Supervisor

          • Execute Web API Requests (Legacy)
