Softphone and Other Configurations

The next step is to create a gadget for Five9 to make it a configurable Widget on the layout. To learn more about configuring layouts and widgets, refer to the Acqueon Workspace Configurator_Installation Guide.

After creating a layout, follow these steps to add Five9 Softphone to the layout:

1. On the Layout screen, click the Edit icon.

   

2. Click the + icon to add widgets.

   

3. In the Layouts search box on the top left, search for Five9 VX.

   

4. Select the softphone.

Note

By default, when you add the URL while adding a new gadget, the URL gets allowlisted automatically. However, if you manually change the widget URL while creating a new gadget, you must add the URL to Allowlist to continue adding the widget to the layout.
