    Issue

    No CRM objects or fields are visible in the configured Source during setup or mapping.

    Cause

    This usually happens when the Connection to the CRM is not healthy, most often due to an authentication failure.

    Troubleshooting

    Follow these steps and reauthenticate the CRM connection:

    1. Click Edit on the connection name.

    2. Click Login.

    3. Enter your CRM login credentials and click Log In.

    Once the re-login is successful, the connection appears in a Healthy state and CRM objects and fields will be visible during the source setup.
