SCV with Partner Telephony (BYOA)
Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony gives customers freedom of choice and the flexibility to choose from a range of leading telephony providers, such as Genesys, Cisco, and Avaya. Service Cloud Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect is a flavor of Partner Telephony where customers can integrate their existing Amazon instance with Service Cloud Voice.
This flavor is suitable for customers who want the Voice Agent and customer experience, but already built out their own Amazon Connect Contact Center. Acqueon integration includes two products:
Campaign Manager which brings the list and campaign management functionality along with Acqueon Dialer for Amazon Connect.
Acqueon Workspace that integrates between Amazon, Campaign Manager, and Salesforce to provide Screen Pop, data synchronization functionalities, and business widgets.

This flavor is suitable for customers who want the Voice agent and customer experience, with all the setup help you can get. Acqueon integration includes two products:
