The Swap Call feature allows you to switch between two connected calls. When you use swap call feature, the currently active call is put on hold and a call previously on hold becomes active.
Inbound
To swap between calls:
When you are in an active call with end user, make another call using Consult Call.
Once the consult call becomes active, click the Swap button to swap between calls.
To drop the participant from the call, click End Call.
Outbound
To swap between calls:
When you are in an active call with end user, make another call using Consult call.
Once the consult call becomes active, click the Swap button to swap between calls.
To drop the participant from the call, click End Call.
