      Swap Between Calls

        Article summary

        Swap call allows you to switch between the two connected calls. When you use the swap call feature, the currently active call is put on hold and a call previously on hold becomes active.

        To swap between calls:

        • When you are in an active call with the end-user, make another call using Consult Call.

        • Once the consult call becomes active, click the Swap button to swap between calls.

        • To drop the active participant from the call, click End Call.
