        Article summary

        This section helps you enable the tabs that you need to display to the Agent. You can also set the order in which the application displays these tabs.

        The six existing tabs are auto configured as part of installation. You can only change the Order field.

        1. Navigate to the Tabs menu item on the left pane.

        2. Select the Enable checkbox for each tab that your agent should see.

        3. Drag and drop the tabs to set the display order.

        4. Click Save.
