Third-party Cookies

To continue using Acqueon Workspace, you must do either of the following:

• Enable third-party cookies.

• Add the Acqueon Workspace URL in your third-party cookie browser settings.

When Acqueon Workspace integrates with CRM applications such as Salesforce, its cookies are treated as third-party cookies by the CRM. Similarly, in integration with Amazon Connect, Amazon Connect cookies are also treated as third-party cookies. The parent URL must be added to the third-party URL list.

On your browser, if you try to access the Acqueon Workspace URL, the following message is displayed.

This change mandates a specific configuration in the browser's third-party settings to ensure the continued functionality of Acqueon Workspace. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Access the third-party cookie settings in your respective browsers:

   1. Google Chrome - Settings > Privacy and security

   2. Mozilla Firefox - Settings > Privacy & Security

   3. Microsoft Edge - Settings > Cookies and site permissions

2. Locate the field where you can add and allow a URL to make use of third-party cookies and add the Acqueon Workspace URL.

   Note that the field names may vary based on the browser you use:

   1. In Google Chrome, the option is labeled Allowed to use third-party cookie.

   2. In Mozilla Firefox, you can add using Manage Exceptions.

   3. In Microsoft Edge, it is labeled Allow.

3. Choose the appropriate option based on your browser and add the URL accordingly. The Acqueon Workspace URL is now allowed to use third-party cookies.
