Assign a Time Zone

On the Common Widget Settings page, the Time Zone auto-complete text box lets you to quickly find and select a suitable time zone by typing in keywords or partial matches. As you type, the system suggests relevant options based on your input. These options are categorized into:

• Agent Time Zone: The default option which dynamically adjusts based on the agent’s browser time zone.

• Continent/City – Example: America/New York (UTC-05:00).

• Country-Specific Names – Example: Eire (UTC+00:00).

• State/Province/City-Based – Example: America/Indiana/Indianapolis (UTC-05:00).

• UTC Offset – Example: UTC+05:30.

• Etc/GMT Variants – Example: Etc/UTC (UTC+00:00).

To configure the preferred time zone, search and select the required zone in the auto-complete text box. Now, the configured time zone reflects in the following widgets for the agents:

• Personal Callback

• Manual Dial

• Customer Journey

Note:

The system automatically adjusts for daylight savings across all time zones. You don’t need to do any manual configurations.
