Termination of SIP URI for establishing a Connection.
Authentication details like username/password.
Supported CPS (Calls per Second) by the SIP trunk and its region. Twilio Flex's recommendation is to configure the region to the closest proximity.

The below configuration details are required from Twilio Flex SIP Trunk:
Enable ANI Masking, and whitelist ANI to be used for masking.
Call Recording Feature (Activate or deactivate based on Customer requirement)
Secure Trunking to be activated.
Call Transfer (SIP Refer) to be activated.
Symmetric RTP needs to be activated.

Also known as Automatic Number Identification, CLI, or Calling Line Identification. A feature that displays the caller's telephone number so that the caller can be identified. This is done by passing the telephone number over the network to the to the receiving location.
Certain dialing platforms allow the calls between agents and customers to be recorded. These recordings are stored in a location that can be accessed by supervisors for various review activities.
