This document details the settings and configurations that must be in place on the UJET platform. These settings and configurations must allow seamless operation of Campaign Manager using UJET.
Architecture
The following architecture diagram explains the Campaign Manager integration with UJET:
Prerequisites
Ensure that the following details are available before you proceed further.
Users must have a valid UJET Account.
Perform the following activities from the UJET application to map Direct Access Point (DAP)[DNIS] and assign agents to the respective Queue.
Go to Settings > Queue to open the Queue Menu Settings screen.
Click Edit/View from IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Channel to view the listed Queues in Menu Structure.
To create and map the DAP, select the required voice Queue and click Create direct access point.
Enter the required details and click Create.
Click the Edit icon, modify the changes if required and click Update.
Select the required Queue and click Assign Agents under Channel Settings to map the agents.
