    URL For CPaaS Campaigns

There are a few default custom URLs provided in the system to configure CPaaS and SNS. Apart from standard dialer campaigns, Campaign Manager also supports running IVR (Agent-less) campaigns using external CPaaS service providers. This page helps in configuring the access credentials of the service provider. If the URL you created relates to a CPaaS campaign, click the URL to complete the CPaaS Provider Configuration page.

To provide access to the configurations on the CPaaS provider to run your IVR campaigns:

    1. Click + Add icon to add a new CPaaS Provider Configuration.

    2. Enter a Provider Name and Description.

      Note:

Campaign Manager presently supports Twilio Flex and Cisco UCCX as the third-party applications to run IVR campaigns.

    3. Turn On the Auto Update switch to ensure synchronization between the third-party provider and the Campaign Manager applications.

    4. Complete the Provider Credentials section to activate Campaign Manager to automatically sync with the third-party provider.

    5. Enter the User Name and Password to access the third-party provider.
