        The User Variable tab contains the field that identifies the Queue mapped to templates for Inbound Call types, specifically for the Customer Profile and Activity widgets. By default, only one user variable is updated automatically based on the dialer used. This update occurs during the dialer–RPM (Core) installation process.

        The tab is visible only to users with the system Role. You should only update this variable if there is a change to the inbound queue key on the Acqueon Campaigns side.

        Important

        Changing this value without a corresponding update on the Acqueon Campaigns side may result in the system applying default templates instead of the intended template mappings.
