Using SF Admin

The Salesforce Administration page is the dedicated location for administrators to configure the parameters for Salesforce integration. Access the SF admin application via Workspace Admin. SF Admin includes the following:

1. Channel Configuration

2. User Variables

3. Call Direction SubTypes

4. Workflow

5. Workflow Mapping

6. Salesforce Configuration

7. Omni Channel State sync

Workspace Admin

Use the Workspace Admin URL open the page via a browser. Log in using your credentials and with admin privileges.

Configure SF Admin in Workspace

Follow the steps below to configure Salesforce Admin within Workspace Admin.

1. Click the Menu button and navigate to App Configuration.

   

2. Click the +Add button and complete the following.

   Field	Description
   Name	Enter the name of the application. For example, Salesforce.
   URL	Enter the application URL. For example, https://server_fqdn:SF_SitePort - FQDN is the fully qualified domain name.
   Default User	Select user as the default user.
   Private/Internal URL (Optional)	Enter an access-restricted private network URL, if required. This should allow read and write access.

3. Click Save to update the details.

4. After saving the details, the application is configured in Workspace.Admin. To access the application, navigate to Menu > SF Admin and select Amazon Admin from the application dropdown list.

Accessing Salesforce Domain

1. You can access the Salesforce Admin application via the Workspace Admin application.

2. Click the Menu button and navigate to App Configuration.

3. Select SF Admin from the app dropdown list.

4. You can access admin features based on user privileges.

System Admin Access

If you have logged in with System Admin privileges, you can access the following:

1. Channel Configuration

2. User Variables

3. Call Direction SubTypes

4. Workflow

5. Workflow Mapping

6. SF Configuration

7. Omni Channel State sync

Admin Access

If you have logged in with regular Admin privileges, you can access the following:

1. User Variables

2. Call Direction SubTypes

3. Workflow

4. Workflow Mapping

5. SF Configuration

6. Omni Channel State sync
