Download Browser Logs | The agents can now download the browser logs by click of a button in the softphone to help assist in troubleshooting issues. The Acqueon Desktop logs stores both agent actions and the timing. The logs include the details related to Cisco events, Acqueon Campaigns events, Salesforce events and all interactions happening to-and-fro from Acqueon Desktop that can help troubleshoot issues. | Cisco (UCCX, PCCE, UCCE, and Webex CC) |
Authentication using an API Key and Secret Key | The communication between Acqueon Desktop and Acqueon Engagement for the data populated in the widgets can now be authenticated using an API Key and Secret Key. | Cisco (UCCX, PCCE, UCCE, and Webex CC) |

The following issues are open in this release:
UCCX 12.0/12.5/11.6 - Queue is not showing/updating the count - 100119
Tab Synchronization - State change is not getting reflected in other tabs - 89128
Non-PEWC (Prior Express Written Consent) tab header label is not displayed - 100547
When outcome is set, AE data not retained after refresh; blank tabs are displayed - 101443
Only for RPM - AEVX & AEHX - For an ongoing non-PEWC call, AE data is not displayed - 102022
When outcome is set, AE data are not retained after refresh; blank tabs are displayed - 101444
When lynx.admin.service is stopped in side A ,switching did not happen to side B - 94039
After refreshing the browser, when the agent mapped with a first call of the pacing mode clicks on the call info section in agent softphone, the softphone is refreshed - 107022
