        After performing the configurations in Finesse Admin, validate the integration following these steps:

        1. Log in to the Finesse Desktop URL using the test agent credentials.

        2. Verify that the tab you created is displayed on the left-side navigation pane.

          This tab should display the Workspace layout within the Finesse Desktop. Once the layout is available, perform an outbound or inbound call to check if the gadgets are populating the data correctly. Once the layout and gadgets function as expected, the integration process is complete.
