Viewing Segments

After segments are created, they appear in the segments grid on the Segments page. To view a segment, hover over the segment name and click it. The segment details open under the following tabs:

• Segment Rules - Displays the segment name, description, and segment conditions.

• Audience Details

The following customer details are displayed in the Audience Details tab:

1. Last Name

2. First Name

3. State

4. All the existing unique identifier attributes are displayed dynamically.

   Note:

   The fields can vary based on your configuration.

5. Belonging Segments — Displays how many segments a profile belongs to. For example, if a profile is in two different segments, the number is 2.

6. Profile Updated Timestamp —The last updated date and time for this record.

Note:

1. Attributes in the Audience Details page are displayed according to the selection in the Default Sorting and Sorting Order dropdown lists.

2. If the Default Sorting is not set or the selected attribute is masked for PII, the attributes are sorted by ID in the alphabetical order.

Click the customer you want in the Audience Details list to view the complete customer details.
