VPN Tunneling
- DarkLight
To enhance security, establish communication between Campaign Manager on the cloud and Cisco CCX whether on-premises or in the cloud exclusively through a VPN. Ensure the existence of a dedicated VPN Connection restricted to these two applications.
Ensure the completion of VPN tunneling at your site or cloud by using the provided details from Campaign Manager:
Validate and confirm that the application's IP Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR) range does not conflict with their network. Example, 10.247.3.0/25. Here, the numbers 0/25 indicate the range.
Campaign Manager shares a customer-specific text file containing all the details, including steps for configuring VPN tunneling. This file encompasses customer-specific details and procedures. For more information, refer to customer_specific_file details at the end of this page.
