        The tab governs the settings that specifically apply to the widgets.

        To access Widget Configuration:

        1. Click the Widget Configuration tab.

        2. Expand the Widget Configuration menu.

        3. Click Common Widget Settings.

        On this page, you can:

        • Configure time zones for the agents’ widgets

        • Define the display format for phone numbers
