Acqueon Workspace empowers the agents by providing access to various business widgets that provides more deeper data about the customer. These are pre-built widgets to assist agents with customer profile, Interaction history and take actions on a call.
We recommend to either use the softphone widgets or standalone widgets within the same layout. Having both enabled increases the API hits to the server and might cause performance issues.
