    Agents have widgets loaded to their desktop when they login and receive calls. These widgets provide wide-ranging information about the contact, Campaign, Outcomes, and so on. Agents also have to set outcomes, change lead scores (if necessary), set Callback requests, and any other tasks required of them. For these widgets to load on the Workspace, the Administrator has to perform certain tasks.

    Perform the following steps:

    1. Log in to the UJET environment using the administrator credentials.

    2. From the Settings menu, select the Developer Settings option.

    3. Scroll down to the Acqueon Dialer section.

    Acqueon Dialer

    Enter the following details:

    1. Enter the UJET Dialer Path.

    2. Enter the App Key and the App Secret. These are the files that authenticate the User to interact with the UJET dialer.

    3. Enter the Screenpop URL. This contains the widgets that are loaded to the agent desktop on an agent login.

    4. Click Save to complete.
