        Article summary

        Follow these steps to complete Event Mapping:

        1. In the Event Mapping tab, click +Add Scenario.

        2. Complete the following for each scenario.

          1. Select a Channel Object from the dropdown list.

          2. Select a Channel Call Type from the dropdown list.

          3. Select a Channel Event from the dropdown list.

        3. Enter the Field Name to convert the Source channel event.

        4. Click Save & Close.
