    Article summary

    This section is where you map all the created workflows to your campaigns and call types. To do so:

    1. Navigate to the Workflow Mapping section.

    2. Click the Mapping tab to view the configurations.

    3. Click +Add and complete the following information - fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

      1. Select a Channel from the dropdown list.

      2. Select a Call Direction from the dropdown list. Possible values are Inbound or Outbound.

      3. Select a DN or a Campaign from the DN/Campaign dropdown list.

      4. Select a Workflow (a set of rules that you have created) from the dropdown list.

    4. Click Save.

    Edit a Workflow Mapping

    1. Select the Workflow Mapping to edit.

    2. Click the Edit button.

    3. Update the required details and click Save & Close.

    Delete a Workflow Mapping

    1. Select the Workflow Mapping to delete.

    2. Click the Delete button.

    3. Click OK on the confirmation dialog box to delete.

    Note

    If you are upgrading from 3.7.6 version or earlier and the existing Workflow Mapping is not assigned to any DN/Campaign, delete the mapping and perform the mapping again, assigning a DN/Campaign.
