Password Guidelines
The following rules apply to passwords:
Passwords can be 8-10 characters long, but the length is set by the enterprise administrator, so the minimum number of characters may be greater than 8.
Passwords cannot start or end with a space.
You cannot use an underscore (_) as the last character in a password.
Valid characters for passwords are A-Z, a-z, 0-9, the special characters $-_. +!*'(), and spaces.
While other special characters can be used, they may create problems when entering passwords from a command line or in a web address, so they should be avoided.
Strong passwords contain a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters. Passwords associated with secure enterprises must contain at least one of each.
Change Password
To change your password:
On any page, click the User icon and select Change Password.
Enter the current password.
Enter the new password and confirm it by entering it again.
Click Submit.
Language Support
Campaign Manager supports multiple languages, including English, Chinese (Traditional), Thai, German, Japanese, Italian, French, and Spanish. Users can select the language at the time of installation.
Note:
TTS (Text-to-Speech) is supported and requires configuration adjustments based on the provider, such as Google or Amazon Polly. This applies to Twilio Flex.
