Acqueon Campaigns

Setting up Acqueon Campaigns as a Destination lets you activate segmented customer records from Data Cloud and send them to Campaigns, helping you deliver personalized outreach and boost your customer engagement. By configuring a Campaigns destination, you enable Data Cloud to push data specifically for targeted campaigns when and how you decide.
Once profiles enter or exit a Segment, they become ready for customer engagement. The segmentation process is dynamic, continuously updating data based on your segmentation rules. The main purpose of sending data to Campaigns is to utilize this data for effective customer interactions.
Pre-requisites to set up a Campaign Destination
To start, you must create a destination for Campaign Manager. Here’s what you need:
Connection:

Destination:

Segment:
A segment is mandatory for mapping with any campaign. For instructions on creating segments, refer to this topic.
Note:
Creating sources does not apply to Acqueon Campaigns.
After setting up connections, destinations, and segments, you need to map segments with campaigns to proceed with sending data to Campaign Manager. Based on synchronization schedules, new and updated profiles are sent to the Campaigns.
