Acqueon Workspace for Webex CC

Acqueon Workspace for Webex CC Integration involves a series of structured actions to complete  and it centralizes both Acqueon and Webex CC features in a single, unified Workspace layout for streamlined agent access and functionality. These actions include creating the Acqueon Workspace layout, adding the necessary widgets, configuring the Webex CC team, and embedding the Workspace URL.

The following steps are involved in the integration.

Create an Acqueon Workspace Layout

To configure an Acqueon Workspace layout, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Acqueon Workspace admin application.

2. Click Admin expanding   and then click Configurator.

   The Layouts page is displayed.

   

3. Create a layout to add the Webex CC Core component.

4. To learn more about creating a layout, refer to the Acqueon Workspace Configurator Guide.

   You have now created a layout in Workspace to add the Webex CC core component.

Add Widgets

Now that a layout has been created, you must add the required widgets to it. To add widgets, follow these steps:

1. Expand next to Layout and then click Gadget.

2. Add any required widgets to the layout you created.

After you complete all these steps, the Acqueon Workspace layout is now ready to be launched for the agent to log in.
