Allowlist Acqueon Workspace URL in CORS Origin

To add the Acqueon Workspace URL to the CORS origin allowlist in Cisco Finesse, follow these steps:

1. Open PuTTY in your system.

   Note:

   It allows users to securely connect to remote computers or servers using various protocols, including SSH (Secure Shell), Telnet, and SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).

2. Mention the hostname in the Hostname field.

   

   The Command Prompt is displayed.

3. Execute the CORS Allowlist URL update command – utils finesse cors allowed_origin add https://fqdn

   Note:

   Replace fqdn with your Workspace application’s FQDN.

   

4. Execute the Finesse restart command - utils system restart.

   

   After the successful execution of these commands, the certificate is now updated, and the Acqueon Workspace URL is allowlisted in CORS Origin.
