AWS Connect Instance URL

Enter the URL for the Amazon Connect instance.

AWS Connect Instance ID

Enter the instance ID for the Amazon Connect instance.

Region

The region where the above Amazon Connect instance is located. For example, us-east-1

Role based access

This section allows you to access the Amazon Connect instance based on the AWS IAM role. As an Admin App user, you can select the External Role checkbox if the Amazon Connect is setup across AWS regions.

• Role ARN - The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the role to assume. You can specify the Amazon Connect Assume Role ARN used to establish the Amazon Connect client connection from the Acqueon Workspace application.

• Session Duration Seconds - Specify the duration of your session in the DurationSeconds field. You can specify a range from 900 seconds (15 minutes) up to the maximum session duration set for the role. The maximum session duration setting can have a value from 1 hour to 12 hours.

Credentials

The credentials to authenticate the user.

• Access Key - To access Amazon Connect programmatically, specify the Access Key with which to connect. To know more, refer https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-sec-cred-types.html

• Secret Key - To access Amazon Connect programmatically, specify the Secret Key for the above Access Key. To know more, refer https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-sec-cred-types.html

Default Country Code

Enter the country codes that should be displayed on the agent’s softphone.

Enable Recording

Select to enable Call Recording.
