    1. The ingestion process suddenly stops, and no new data is getting pushed to the CRM and Acqueon Campaigns.

    2. Destination field configuration becomes unavailable and the user cannot proceed with Reverse ETL setup.

    Cause

    The Connection used for the destination is not in a Healthy state due to authentication failure commonly caused by expired tokens or credential changes.

    Troubleshooting

    Follow these steps and reauthenticate the CRM connection:

    1. Click Edit on the connection name.

    2. Click Login.

    3. Enter your CRM login credentials and click Log In.

      Once the re-login is successful, the connection appears in a Healthy state, and CRM objects and fields will be visible during the destination setup.
