Dispositions

The Outcome widget supports automatic enabling of callback behavior for agents. The Dispositions configuration allows administrators to enable the Personal Callback option. When configured, if the agent selects Callback as the outcome, the Personal Callback option is selected automatically.

To access the Dispositions page and configure the Callback behavior, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Workspace admin application.

2. From the dropdown menu on the title bar, select Configurator.

3. In the left navigation menu on the left panel, click Widget Configuration, and then click Dispositions.

4. Automatically select Personal Callback when Callback is selected - Select this checkbox to automatically enable the Personal Callback option when agents select Callback as the outcome in the Outcome widget.

5. Click Save.
