        Campaign Manager communicates with Genesys PureCloud using Genesys PureCloud APIs. Campaign Manager uses AWS Event Bridge to collect the events such as call events, result events and so on, from Genesys PureCloud.

        Prerequisites

        Ensure the following are in place:

        • User must have valid credentials for Genesys PureCloud application.

        • Users must create Division, Queues, Agents, Campaigns, Contact List on the Genesys PureCloud Platform.

        • Make sure all the campaigns are in a disabled state on Genesys PureCloud Platform. Campaign Manager enables and disables the campaigns on the Genesys PureCloud Platform based on the requirements after integration.
