        This document describes the settings and configurations that must be in place on the Nice CXone platform. It allows a seamless operation of   Campaign Manager using Nice CXone.

        Architecture

        SaaS Provider refers to Campaign Manager and SaaS consumer refers to customer. The image shows the architecture of Campaign Manager using a SaaS model.

        Prerequisites

        Make sure that the following are available before you proceed further:

        • User must create a Business Unit on Campaign Manager.

        • User must create the Campaigns on Business Unit.

        • User must create the Skills on Business Unit and map the Skills to the Campaigns.

        • User must create the Agents on Business Unit and map the Agents to the skills.
