Scheduler allows you to set up specific time intervals for automatic synchronization with the data Source. This ensures that data retrieval occurs regularly and according to your preferred schedule. Essentially, it's a tool that helps automate and streamline the process of keeping your data in sync with the source system.

Run Schedules
To create and run a schedule, follow these steps:
Click Sources.
Click
on the source for which you want to create a schedule.Click Scheduler.
The Scheduler window is displayed. This contains options to set frequency for your schedule, pause your schedule, and save the changes you make to the Scheduler. By default, the Run Work dropdown menu is displayed where you choose your desired frequency to run tasks.
Let’s look at the options in the Run Work dropdown in detail:
None: This is the default selection. When you select this option, you see a confirmation that no work is scheduled to run.
Every day: Select this option to run tasks daily.
Once a week: Choose this option to schedule the task to run on a specific day of the week.
On selected days: Use this option to select multiple days of the week for the task to run. You can check the boxes for each desired day and then configure the start time and repeat frequency for those selected days.
For all the mentioned frequencies, the options are common, which include:
Run Work — Select the days that you want to schedule.
Time Zone — Displays the configured time zone in Global Settings.
Start Task At — Set the preferred time you want to start the task using the time picker.
Repeat — Select how often you want to repeat the task.
End Task At — Set the preferred time you want to end the task using the time picker.
Click Create. The schedule is created.
