    Setup Entra SCIM Application

    Article summary

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal. After you sign in, the Azure dashboard opens.


    2. In the left menu, select Enterprise Applications and do the following:

      1. Select + New Application.


      2. Under Create your own application, select non-gallery application. Make sure you select the Non-gallery application option.


    3. Go to the Provisioning section. Set Provisioning Mode to Automatic.



      1. Enter the SCIM endpoint URL and SCIM token provided by the Campaign Manager Support Team. Select Test connection. If the test is successful, click Save.


    4. In the application, select Provision Microsoft Entra user IDs. Configure Attribute Mapping as required using the provided mapping screenshot or configuration. Click Save.


    5. Add the required users to the newly created Entra application. Make sure attribute mapping is completed, and provisioning status is enabled before proceeding.


    6. Configure group attribute mapping as follows:

      1. externalId > ObjectId,

      2. displayName > displayName,

      3. members > members.


    7. After the Entra application is created, share the Tenant ID with the Campaign Manager Support Team. The Campaign Manager Support Team adds the Application ID to the services configuration.
