Stage 2 - Save and Sync Outcomes in Acqueon Campaigns

After creating a business outcome and mapping it to a campaign in Five9 VCC Admin, the next step is to save and sync that outcome in Acqueon Campaigns using the admin privileges.
During a fresh installation, before syncing the outcomes, you must configure Five9 Virtual Contact Center (Five9 VCC) dialer. To do so, follow the steps mentioned here.
For existing customers, when a new outcome is added or updated in Fiv9 VCC, you must update the existing dialer configurations and save and sync based on these steps.
After saving and syncing the business outcome, it is displayed in the Outcomes list under System in Business Outcome. This means that the newly added business outcome in Five9 is synced successfully in Campaigns.
